Banister House is managed by Sue Conchie with the Proprietors, Alain and Sue Ridley. Their aim is to provide good service, high standards and comfortable surroundings in a friendly environment. Most of the rooms have shower and wc. All room have direct dial telephones, free wifi internet access, tea/coffee making facilities and flat screen Freeview televisions.

Banister House is situated in a residential area close to the city centre within walking distance of local restaurants, bars and shops and convenient for the coach and train stations, hospitals, theatres, common, universities and airport.
